- There is no limit on the number of funnel cards (inquiries, leads and deals) you can create, import or send through the API. On the first day of each month, you are charged according to the plan for every complete block of 2,000 cards created during the previous month.
- There is no limit on the number of incoming and outgoing conversations or messages, including images, audio and video files. On the first day of each month, you are charged according to the plan for every 20,000 messages sent during the previous month.
- There is no limit on the number of orders you can create, import or send through the API. Orders are records in the “Orders” section for e-commerce businesses. They include automatic imports from marketplaces, built-in shipping label generation with major carriers, sending stock levels and shipping labels back to marketplaces, and automatic parcel tracking. On the first day of each month, you are charged according to the plan for every complete block of 200 orders from the previous month. Frequently asked questions
Is there a free period? When do I have to pay?
There isn’t a separate free trial period. Charges are calculated on the first day of each month, so you can use all keyCRM features without payment until that date. Depending on when you sign up, this may give you up to a month before your first payment. You pay after using the service.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay with any payment card, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
Will you automatically charge my card?
No. We don’t charge your card automatically or store your payment information. You review the invoice for the calendar month and make the payment yourself.
Can I sign a contract?
We don’t sign individual agreements between companies. The service is provided under the terms set out in the Terms of Use on our website.
Which plan should I choose?
There’s nothing to choose — there’s just one plan, and the price is calculated automatically. It’s designed to be affordable while including a wide range of features.
